PicFlow Terms of Service

These Terms form an agreement between you and OLLIELAB SOLUCOES EM TECNOLOGIA E INOVACAO LTDA, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 53.871.680/0001-85, the exclusive operator of PicFlow.

By creating an account or using PicFlow, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What PicFlow is

PicFlow turns images, videos, audio and stories into Energy Cards, with features that may include artificial intelligence analysis, generated artwork, text, translations, link sharing, QR codes, NFC and external integrations.

AI results are automated creations and may vary, contain errors or show unexpected similarities. They are not professional advice or a diagnosis.

2. Who may use PicFlow

You must:

  • be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms;
  • provide truthful information and keep it current;
  • protect your credentials and report unauthorized use;
  • use PicFlow in accordance with law and these Terms.

You are responsible for actions performed through your account, except where they result from a failure attributable to PicFlow.

3. Your content and required permissions

You keep the rights you hold in original content you upload. To provide the service, you grant Ollielab a limited, non-exclusive license for as long as needed to host, copy, process, technically adapt, analyze and display that content according to your choices.

This license exists to make the service work. Example: we need to process your video to create the artwork and display the Energy Card to people who receive its link.

You confirm that you have all required rights and permissions, including:

  • copyright in images, video, audio, music and text;
  • permission from identifiable people where required;
  • a lawful basis for third-party personal data;
  • consent from a legal guardian when a minor appears in the content.

Do not upload confidential documents or sensitive data unless necessary.

4. AI-generated artwork and content

To the extent permitted by law and provider terms, you may use generated results for lawful purposes. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright registration or absence of similarity to other results.

Review titles, descriptions, detected vibration, translations and artwork before sharing. Do not present an AI interpretation as a fact about a person.

Example: “serene vibration” is a creative reading of content, not a conclusion about health, personality or emotional state.

5. Sharing and public links

You control the visibility options available in the product. A shareable link may be opened and forwarded by anyone who receives it.

When sharing through WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube or another service, that platform’s terms and policies also apply. PicFlow does not control copies, screenshots or further sharing outside its systems.

Do not use sharing to harass people, expose private data or send unsolicited communications.

6. Prohibited content and conduct

Do not use PicFlow to create, upload or share:

  • child sexual exploitation or abuse, grooming, or content that endangers minors;
  • non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual extortion or unauthorized sexualization;
  • threats, graphic violence, terrorism or encouragement of harm;
  • hate speech, harassment, stalking or discrimination;
  • fraud, false identity, deceptive impersonation, phishing or spam;
  • malware, intrusion, security bypass attempts or service overload;
  • third-party personal data disclosed without a lawful basis;
  • content infringing copyright, trademarks, image, reputation or privacy rights;
  • illegal products, services or activities;
  • deceptive manipulation presented as a genuine record where it may cause harm.

Mass data extraction, unauthorized automation, resale, limit circumvention and reverse engineering where prohibited by law are also forbidden.

7. Moderation and reports

We may use automated signals and human review to detect violations. Depending on severity and context, we may reduce visibility, remove content, block links, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve evidence where required by law.

Where safe and legally possible, we will provide information about the action and a way to challenge it. Urgent risks to people or legal obligations may require immediate action.

8. Platform intellectual property

PicFlow, its software, visual identity, interfaces and materials belong to Ollielab or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer rights in the platform, trademarks or technology to you.

Suggestions may be used to improve the product without an obligation to implement or pay for them, without affecting your rights in personal content.

9. Free plan and future payments

The current launch offers only a free service and has no active checkout, paid subscription or automatic renewal. Free limits may be displayed in the product.

If a paid offer is introduced, price, taxes, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be shown before purchase. These Terms alone do not create a charge.

10. Third-party services

PicFlow relies on hosting, authentication, AI, storage, consented Analytics and sharing platforms. Their outages or changes may affect features.

An external integration may be subject to the third party’s terms. Ollielab remains responsible for obligations assigned to it by law.

11. Availability, changes and security

We work to keep the service secure and available, but outages, maintenance and errors may occur. We may change, replace or discontinue features to improve the product, respond to risk or comply with law.

Where a material change significantly affects users, we will provide reasonable notice and transition appropriate to the context.

12. Suspension, termination and deletion

You may close your account through available controls or the contact below.

We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risk, fraud, legal obligation or service discontinuation. We will use proportionate measures where possible.

Data deletion follows the Privacy Policy. Content already copied by third parties outside PicFlow may remain outside our control.

13. Responsibility

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer or other rights under applicable law.

You are responsible for content you upload and how you share results. Ollielab is responsible within the limits established by law and does not promise that AI results will be exclusive, accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service or law. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes. Where law requires new consent, we will request it.

15. Governing law and disputes

Brazilian law applies. We will seek to resolve questions directly and amicably. The competent court will be determined under applicable law, preserving consumer rights.
